What can I say !!! I couldn`t get my 3 year old daughter off her pink trampoline - She wanted to sleep on it !!! Excellent service / delivery and really happy with the product !!!

Very pleased with the service and the product.My boy is just 2 years old and he love it.I agree with other reviews regards the non-sens instructions and the dificulty of putting the frame together.In the end was well worth it,my son and my husband was bouncing for ages.Definitely i will recomend the website and the product.

I was fortunate enough to find my daughter a PINK trampoline for her 4th birthday. Overall I think that the Trampoline Package Deal was excellent value for money. The standard and quality of the trampoline is second to none and I was particularly pleased with the weight restriction of 24 stones (it`s normally 16 stones). However, if you are thinking of getting a trampoline please do not be fooled by what the company states when they state they are `simple` to assemble. Simple to work out and realise where all the bits go - yes I would agree with that. But nothing prepared us for how physical it is putting the frame together and how much strength is needed - I`m just very lucky that my husband is an 18 stone rugby prop forward!!! All in all it is an excellent quality trampoline and my daughter loves it to death! In relation to customer services and delivery by Outdoor Toys Direct I thought that it was first class and would definitely purchase from them again.

I couldn`t believe that I actually found my daughters request for a pink trampoline but we did...... I agree with the other reviews that the instructions weren`t the best but it is so easy and straight forward my daughter was bouncing on it within a couple of hours - "the best present ever" was her response so thank you so much. The deliver was also excellent.

Very happy with the service received, delivery was quick and trampoline was up within a couple of hours. Instructions for assembling the enclosure were not quite correct but figured it out. Great fun for everyone.

Great fun! found it a little tricky to follow the instructions to assemble but now it`s up my girls love it, once they`re on it i can`t get them off - money well spent i say!

I needed to ask some questions before ordering in Pink for my daughters birthday, although her birthday isn`t until July I didn`t want to miss offer and was concerned about delivery times as you read some horror stories over the net. Let me tell you, Outdoortoysdirect.co.uk put many other companies to shame. The lady who answered the phone couldn`t have been more helpful and answered every single question I had, if she needed to ask someone else, she was back with an answer within seconds. To save me the hassle, she then processed the order for me, although the online ordering looks hassle free. I ordered on the Sunday, on the Monday I had an email confirming delivery on the Tuesday. I called the number on the email to ask if the delivery driver could call me once near to delivery, so I could arrange for someone to be at the house to sign for it. Nothing was too much bother. I haven`t built it yet due to weather and want to keep until at least a little nearer daughters birthday, but I have had everything out and checked it. Exceptional looking quality. Only slight issue is that the brackets have been improved, however instructions refer to old style, but that in no way deters from the exceptional quality of the item and the extremely high level of Customer Service, something sadly lacking in this day and age. Well done Outdoortoysdirect.co.uk this is one very satisfied customer who will be back.
