Excellent service and a 2 day delivery! The trampoline was easy to build and well made. The kids are never off it now . Even i have fun on it and im in my mid 40s

5* service and 5* product. I was informed of the state of play every day until it was delivered.I purchased this trampoline for my daughter and family in France. They say it was so easy to assemble that my son in law did it on his own. They are impressed with the quality of the trampoline and the cover. So thank you so much.

Clear website, good communication on delivery date and this was met. Just a shame that the trampoline (including safety enclosure) flew over a 6ft fence in the recent winds and crashed into next door`s conversatory and house in the middle of the night just one week after we had bought it and moved in to our new house - thankfully no one hurt and no damage done and we laugh about it now. Bought another one from Outdoor Toys Direct and got the same good service again, thanks!

Excelent customer service throughout the buying and delivery process. Simple instructions supplied meant that the trampoline was up and running within 2 hours. Would not hesitate in using this company again.
