It's rare these days that a toy is focused on doing one thing this well. I've been happy with the Dino Junior ZF we bought a few weeks ago. Very sturdy construction, the only assembly you have to do is one bolt to hold the steering column - the seat just drops into place. The only slight issue is that the brake handle is a bit out of reach - but you do get used to it, and the brakes are very effective. Front pivoting action means that it handles rough ground well.
