It took 3 of us to put it together, but it looks FANTASTIC!! Our 20 month old son loves it...so do we."

"A huge success all round, ordering it could not have been easier and the man on the phone was really efficient and helpfull. It arrived in 2 days and all the bit were in the pack which is big! The only slight problem was I could not find the assembly instructions so I contacted the company and spoke to the same man I had spoken to on the phone through their on line portal, and he emailed the instructions to me in a matter of minutes. Construction was really easy, I just followed the instructions and it took about 5 hours which is not bad considering the only help I had was my 60 year old Mum handing me the nails and screws.
The finished result is fab and my daughter loves it. We are in the process of painting it and all is going well, the only problem we have is getting her out of it to come and have her dinner!"

"The product arrived as per the email notice that I was given, great system. Unfortunately, I had two issues, firstly the instructions were mainly missing and secondly the door for the unit was 'shabby'. I emailed the issues to the sales team and both matters were rectified without argument, blame or excuse.
So far, this has been any easy purchase, dealt with well, and at worst - excellent.....of course I still have to build the playhouse!!
Service/sales etc a definate 10 out of 10. I have no reservation in offering my support or recommmendation to the use of the Kybotech Sales Team....and that is a very rare comment from me."
