"I found the service I received absolutely excellent.
The product arrived on time and I had communication directly with the courier to ensure there was someone present when the product was delivered.
On inspecting the product a few days after delivery (a self-assembly children's playhouse) I found that a part was damaged. The customer services team were fantastic in their handling of the issue and a replacement part arrived sooner than I had been led to believe would be the case.
The product has already given the children hours of fun and appears to be of such high quality it will continue to do so for years to come.

"Excellent product.I chose to fit a drip check over the door and a bar to the bottom of the upper door section to reduce rain ingress during high winds. Other than these improvements I have no complaints about the quality of your products whatsoever, and would whole heartedly recomend your company to anyone seeking such a product.

"Great looking, solid, well-built playhouse. We got the 19mm version. Painted it inside & out and it really adds to the garden, let alone being great fun for our year old daughter.
Mostly built it by myself, only needing brief assistance when nailing parts of the base in place, and again for the roof sections. Need to set aside a good day for it though :)
Two pieces of advice:
- If you have one, use a staple gun (even a simple non-electric one) to attach the felt, instead of hammering tacks into the roof. The tacks can poke holes through slightly on the underside of the roof, and the roof bounces while you're hammering it. Staple gun is a breeze.
- Don't make the mistake I did and line up the outsides of the door frame sides with the ends of the door frame top piece. The sides should be pushed inwards to close the gaps in the top section, meaning the ends of the top piece will extend slightly beyond the sides, as pictured in the instructions. Otherwise the door gap will be too big. Wasn't too difficult to correct it later though.

"We found that the instructions and parts didn't really match up and that the instructions were missing from the original delivery but we phoned the sales team and they were quick to send them out to us and very apologetic. It took 3 of us to put it together, but it looks FANTASTIC!! Our 20 month old son loves it...so do we."
