Your delivery man brought it right into our garden - which I understood he didn't have to. It's things like that which people appreciate, he was very friendly. As was your sales staff on the phone, who took my inital order. They were very helpful and genuinely cared about what I was after i.e. something of a decent size for playing in, yet sensible for the size of our garden. This kind of service, I have to say, is not always available from Internet companies, but it's worth it's weight in gold. I have been recommending your site since!
