Payment processing

So that we can take payment on our website we use an external payment provider called DataCash. We have to supply DataCash with your billing address which you enter on our website, and then DataCash will ask you for your credit card details in the form on our payment page. We do not handle any of the card information you supply to DataCash - we simply receive a confirmation from them that the payment has been accepted, so that we can confirm your order. We do not handle or store your credit card details anywhere in our system.

Policy changes

As our internet shopping experience develops our policy may be subject to change. If we decide to do this we will post all changes on this page so that our customer are always aware of our privacy policy and the nature of information we are collecting, how it is used and under what circumstances we disclose it. Any changes to the policies made by Kybotech may effect immediately.

How do I Un-Subscribe from Information Which You Provide To Me?

Of course we do not wish to lose you and would hate for you to miss out on any newsletters and special offers but if you wish to un-subscribe from our newsletter at any time you can do so by logging into your account on line and by updating your preferences.
