"I was abit aprihensive about buying this product as i thought it sounded too good to be true but i was definatly right to buy it as it is absolutly amazing and great value for money . when i rang to order the tower playhouse the staff on the phone were so helpfull polite and very friendly. The delivery was very fast and the comapany kept intouch with me about the delivery with phone calls and emails. the item arrived fist thing on the morning which i was very pleased at and the man who unloaded it was very helpful. It took my husband about 6 hours to put it together on his own in the cold i had to help holding the sides but went together really well . i would say buy some smaller tacs to nail the felt to the roof as the nails go right through and you dont want nails in your kids heads . its been snowing so my kids aint been in it yet but they are dying to get in it , it was bought as a xmas preasant for my 7,5,and 2 year old . They are well pleased with it so are me and my husband . I would definatly recomend this product to anyone . "
