i bought my 18 month old daughter the mad dash butterscotch playhouse from this site after looking at our local garden centres for weeks. it was the perfect size and the price was fantastic. it was delivered within a few days and the driver even took it arund to our garden for my wife, it took me about 3 hours to build it up and it looked fantastic. the biggest critic was my little Tilly, when she woke next morning to see it she couldnt stop smiling and was in the playhouse with her p.j's on and her wellies.we have got some flower boxes to fit to it and we are currently looking for some paint with Tilly's approval. thankyou for a great service

The Mad Dash Butterscotch playhouse is a fantastic little playhouse that is great fun for the kids and adds character to your garden. A traditionally styled and versatile playhouse suitable for either traditional or modern style gardens.
Tongue and groove interlocking board cladding is used throughout in the construction of this building making it more sturdy and better looking, thus differentiating it from certain other playhouses. Rounded framing is used for the construction which provides added safety. Actual playhouse dimensions excluding verandah- 158cm (width) x 150cm (depth) x 115cm (eaves height) x 165cm (ridge height).
The Mad Dash Butterscotch playhouse comes complete with three styrene glazed fixed windows, two Georgian style on the side elevation and one plain window on the front elevation that allow a generous amount of light to enter building making the interior very light and airy. A great feature of this playhouse is the addition of a Stable door which adds more fun and character to the building. Another nice touch is the addition of the stylish verandah, again adding character. Antique style door handle and hinges are included to complete the traditional look. Full fixing kit including felt and instructions are included.
To help during construction and transport to you the building has been pre-treated with a timber preservative treatment but we do recommend that a further treatment is carried out following construction to prolong the life of your building.
Please Note: The Butterscotch Playhouse has been painted for photographic purposes only, the playhouse will be supplied pre-treated only as standard. This play equipment should be supervised by an adult at all times during use.
To aid in the safety of the building the frames are made from rounded edged timber which is both stylish and practical.
A great feature of the building is a Unique Stable Door which adds greater fun factor to the building.
