Q: I am considering ordering this bed but feel it may not be long enough for my 3 year old. Is it an average single bed size?

A: The bed is sized to fit a standard mattress, and is advised as being suitable for up to 5 years of age. The dimensions are as follows: Length: 177cm Width: 106cm Height: 87.5cm

A: The mattress size is 132cm x 71cmx 10cm

A: The bed itself has a wooden base on which the mattress rests. The Train shape of the bed is made from plastic. The mattress consists of foam padding with a cotton cover. This mattress complies with BSE Safety Regulations.
