House arrived 10 working days after order. I managed to put it together myself until I got to the roof when I need help. My son was very pleased with it and likes to play in it but not so much I can't get him out. It is a very sturdy house but doors and windows are easy to open and close. Overall would recommend house and garden centre direct.
